BUT for no real reason, I came across these and HAD to make them because our tree is overflowing with mangoes and I needed to find something new to do with them. They never made it onto a plate! My kids and I stood over the counter and ate them as I rolled them!😂 Absolutely delicious!! (My daughter doesn’t like mango so I spooned a little raspberry jam in hers – also delicious!!!)

I had to reduce my sauce for a full 20 mins this time, and re-season with salt and pepper. Last time it only took 5 mins and didn’t need extra seasoning. I guess stock/tomatoes/wine all vary a bit as does the weather (temp/humidity) you’re cooking in. Pays to taste test along the way. I’m so sorry you had a bad experience with this!
