I cant believe how delicious this dish is, and not only that, how easy it is to make. I’ve made this a couple of times for dinner with friends and each time being told that this recipe is “restaurant quality”. Thanks for another winner, Nagi.

Honestly the best dish I’ve ever tasted! Absolutely delicious. The meat and potato’s become so tender and are fully popping with flavour.

This was so delicious… I made mine with 2 small ½ leg of lamb… also subbed 1 cup of the stock req’d with some lamb stock (liquid gold) I made some months ago… perfecto!!
