Fantastic dish, I used skin off bone in thighs and it was tender and juicy! Hubby loved it as it wasn’t too spicy! 😊

I need help. I made this last night and when it was fully rested, I took a look and the rice was uncooked! I verified it with a bite of crunchy rice. I ended up finishing it on the stove after adding more liquid. What could have gone wrong??? The flavor was spot on but I’m confused why the rice didn’t cook. Help!

Excellent dish. I made it for company last night. I used 6 thighs and it easily served 6, which you wouldn’t think it would do with only 1 cup of rice, but it did. So now we have leftovers for just us tonight.
The 15 minutes prep was a bit off for me though. Took about 30 (which is still really good).
Recipe is a keeper.

Making this dish again for tonight’s dinner. It’s a fabulous recipe. Have only got four chick thighs today but figure the beans strengthen the protein anyway. Love your recipes, Nagi 🇨🇦
